 SUPERBAG – the
heart of the Filter system
The patented SUPERBAG polyester filter bag employs a patented
weaving technique in tubular format that gives the filter bag
a surface which can cope with varying filter loads with all
types of wood dust/ chips. Better filtering efficiency is achieved
with this unique filter media which provides low pressure drop,
giving low energy consumption.
The special shape of SUPERBAG helps to ensure that the high
efficiency and effectiveness of the filter system is maintained
even after long periods of operation.
SUPERBAG’s interwoven carbonfibre wire in spiral form
provides higher anti-static properties – both on the
surface and inside – than traditional fibre. This ensures
effective purification and reduces the risk of fire and explosion,
as fine particles are removed.
