Attractively priced packages are manufactured from galvanised mild steel and come as a complete shaker or pulse-jet solution, comprising filter, fan, starter, duct, delivery and installation. The DCS Shaker package is designed to handle air flows up to 9000m3/hr and represents an extremely cost-effective and low maintenance option. The heavy duty shaker package operates under positive pressure and incorporates 6m3 of built-in wood waste storage that can be discharged into bags, transport system, or a direct coupling via screw conveyor to a wood burner. The DCS Pulse-Jet Package handles air flows up to 20,000m3/hr and can operate under negative or positive pressure. The Pulse-Jet Filter incorporates polypropylene filter socks which are pulse cleaned on-line, allowing continuous operation.

To complement the filter packages DCS also offer a cost-effective, 100m3 capacity, galvanised waste storage silo which is supplied complete with discharge mechanism that is suitable for bulk unloading or connection to a wood burner.
